THP Adventure is a local and licensed tour operator based in Arusha, Tanzania. We run operations directly ourselves and we do not outsource our services to other safari companies. We own our fleet of vehicles and most importantly, regularly inspect and maintain our safari vehicles before and after each safari.
Mount Kilimanjaro Trekking
Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and the tallest free-standing mountain in the world. By free-standing, or non-massif, we mean it is not part of a mountain range.
The height of Mount Kilimanjaro is 5,895m or 19,341 feet, and its main summit is called Uhuru Peak. To put Mt Kilimanjaro’s height into perspective, Mount Everest stands at 8,848 meters (29,029 feet) – just over 2,950 meters higher.

Incredible experience
End of August we climbed Kilimanjaro via the Machame route (7 days) with Arnold and his team. Arnold is an incredible guide, very professionnal and experienced. Everything was more than perfect. Super nice team spirit, they were kind, smiling and supporting. We had incredible food all the time and the best playlist to hike. 🙂 We lived in a bubble during 7 days with an amazing team. I'm very grateful to them for this lifetime memory. I'll come back for climbing Mount Meru with THP!!

Unforgettable adventure!
I have chosen THP Adventure for my 7 days trip via Machame route. Even before the travel all has been really well explained by Arnold. The experience with Arnold and his team was amazing: travel organization, food, tents, vibes… You feel totally safe during all the trip, as the team cares. We made it to the top thanks to their precious advices. I can only 100% recommend THP. They are the best to trek the Kilimanjaro with. Hakuna Matata!

We had an amazing experience with Arnold ! 🤩 Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end ☺️ As soon as you arrive, Arnold and his team are taking good care of you: - Transport from airport back and forth - Food: The cook is an amazing magician all along the 7 days trip in the mountain. The food is delicious - Facilities: No need to book any hotel, Arnold organizes everything and you can just relax and follow - Songs and good sense of humour: Very important to have a joyful and positive athmosphere They will meet any requirements you can have and be really supportive all along. You can follow Arnold’s advices without any issue. We all made it to the top with smiles and positivity all thanks to Arnold and his team ☺️ I can only recommend THP Adventure without any doubt 👌🏻

Great experience with Arnold, Abdi and their team on a Kilimanjaro ascent. High standards on everything, whether it was regarding the food, the camp management or the guiding. Also, Arnold took time to help me on an investigation about the waste management on the mountain. He explained everything and showed me all the processes, being himself deeply concerned by the subject. As for the ascent itself, their professionalism brought everybody to the top and down without any issues. And all of that while singing and enjoying every bit of the trip. Human, ethical and fun memories. Thank you THP.

Amazing time with Arnold and his team ! We have done the ascension via the Machame route (7 days) and everything was perfect. They took care of everything from the pick up at the aiport to the drop of at the airport. Good vibes, good mood, great songs ! BAMBAMBAM !

What a great team!
Toute l’équipe qui nous a accompagnés dans le Mont Meru, jusqu’au sommet, a été formidable. Une mention spéciale pour Arnold qui a été d’une patience incroyable quand il était parfois difficile d’avancer 🙂 dans la descente me concernant! Nous recommandons vivement cette agence qui gère la sécurité et toute la logistique pour une ascension sans souci! Hakuna matata! Nous serions même tenté de revenir pour gravir le fameux Kilimanjaro 😀
